SO, YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE READY TO QUIT SMOKING…

Are you sick of smoking and want to quit? You can’t change something if you don’t acknowledge the problem or make a plan of action to fix it. Now, I am assuming that you’re not content with being addicted to cigarettes or you probably wouldn’t be reading this. You're unhappy with the fact that you smoke and want to change it.

Let’s be honest. When it comes to quitting smoking, going cold turkey is not only hell, but most of the time, it doesn’t work. We start out with the best intentions, but once the withdrawals set in, we feel so awful we give up and start smoking again. If you are ready to stop smoking for good without feeling like sh*t, you need a different approach.

The first step to change is awareness, and the next is acceptance. I find most people say they want to stop smoking, but they are not clear about when that will happen. They are not sure what their present status really is. In order to change, you need to take a good, hard look at where you are now and then where you want to be. Most of us have our head in the sand about smoking because we don’t want to face it.

It feels too painful to actually face what smoking is doing to your health, happiness and appearance. But, (and possibly a horrible smelly cigarette butt), it’s more painful not to be as healthy, happy, not to mention as sexy, as you know you could be if you were free of the habit of smoking.

I was a pack-a-day-plus smoker for over ten years. I quit many times but always found it a massive struggle and would find myself back puffing away before long. I tried patches, gum and prescription medication hoping that it would be the magic bullet that finally broke the spell cigarettes seemed to have over me.
I tried every therapy, pill and healing technique I could find in my quest to quit. I became a hypnotherapist, traveled the world and trained with the top therapists, healers, and scientists to learn the most efficient methods to heal addiction disorders. Coming from a family of addicts, as well as struggling with several other addictions, I truly know what it’s like to struggle with addiction and what it takes to overcome it.

I created The Smoking Cure program after I tried everything - and I mean everything, to figure out what really works to heal nicotine addiction. I have now helped thousands of people to stop smoking for good and have compiled and created tips, supplements, and techniques that are fast, effective and easy.

In this blog and even more so in my book, I take you through a  process to break free of your addiction. We start with identifying why nicotine has been so hard for you quit, what happens in your brain and body when you are addicted to nicotine. I then take you through a series of exercises that will help you give up your excuses and be totally committed to quitting smoking for good.

Next, I help you identify what supplements will help to balance out your neurotransmitters and individual body chemistry to make the process of quitting much easier for you. I  then teach you several techniques that you will be able to use to manage your cravings as they come up as well as reprogram your mind to be a non-smoker at every level.

You can then personalize and follow the quit smoking action plan that will transform you into the non-smoker you want to be. I also give you advice on how to handle the issues that come up as you navigate the process of overcoming your smoking addiction for good.

Hopefully, I will help you find the missing key to overcoming your addiction to smoking for good, by helping you create an individual program which addresses the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects that keep you addicted to smoking, and help you to access the inner calm and happiness you desire and deserve.
